Project Overview
For this project in Senior Capstone Portfolio, our team was tasked with creating an app of our choosing. We made the Pure Fusion Collective app, a dynamic, portable gaming hub that seamlessly integrates games from various platforms, offering users an all-in-one gaming experience. Pure Fusion targets a core demographic of gamers aged fourteen to twenty-nine. It features an array of games that connect across web, app, and game console platforms, ensuring gamers can access their favorite titles regardless of the system, making it a versatile solution for modern players.
Problem: The primary challenge was ensuring that gamers could easily access and manage their games from various platforms within a single interface. The app needed to provide an intuitive shopping experience, allowing users to browse, purchase, and manage games without encountering friction, regardless of the platform they were using.
Role: As part of this project, I was responsible for designing the store and checkout screens. I focused on creating a seamless user experience for browsing, selecting, and purchasing games within the app.
Learnings: This project taught me the importance of designing a cohesive user experience across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless gaming experience regardless of the device.
