As a UX Design Intern at Rack Room Shoes, I worked on cross-platform e-commerce improvements that enhanced the user journey across desktop and mobile. My focus was on promotional content, sizing accessibility, and optimizing interface responsiveness. Created a responsive size selector that simplifies the shopping process for unisex footwear like Crocs. Designed for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
